Kristen Gallagher

Her style is direct, practical and engaging and she has a undeniable sixth sense for uncovering what makes people tick.     With a background in recruitment, scaling teams, coaching and people strategy, Kristen blends commercial thinking with strong intuition for people. She helps leaders make confident decisions and create teams that actually work - not just on paper, but day to day.

    Her background spans strategy, people operations, talent and employer brand, but her real strength is cutting through the noise and getting to the root of the problem quickly. She’s practical, creative and always thinking a step ahead about how a team needs to evolve as the business grows.
